This license is a legal agreement between You and Simil Miles and its alternative account Simil Milev and the Second Life™ company UnConWTech for the use of materials made by Simil Miles and distributed inside or for use inside the Second Life™ virtual world.
By acquiring those materials you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license.
Simil Miles reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time, for any reason, without notice.

RESTRICTIONS

You may use the materials only inside of the virtual world known as Second Life™ and exclusively on servers ran by Linden Lab.
You may not redistribute any of the materials.

DISPLAY OF COPYRIGHT NOTICES

All copyright and proprietary notices and logos and names in the scripts, in the notecards and on the object must remain intact.

SUPPORT

Support is exclusively given by instant message in the Second Life group named UnConWTech to members of that group who have acquired any UnConWTech material from Simil Miles, who have read the item's documentation and who have its last available version.
Joining the UnConWTech group requires a one time L$100 fees.
No direct IM or email or phone support is provided.
No representations or guarantees are made regarding the response time in which support questions are answered.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with any transferable but non-copyable item, you may return it to Simil Miles within 48 hours from the purchase date.
Copyable items are not refunded.
The refund is of 100% of the price, less any fee eventually taken by intermediaries such as slexchange.com or paypal.com

INSURANCE

UnConWTech customers may be given a new copy of any item acquired from Simil Miles and lost by an accident due to someone else or something else.
Copyable and non-transferable items are given on simple demand or automatically from onrez.com purchase history.
Non-copyable items must first be reported as lost to Linden Lab, then Linden Labs' positive answer must be forwarded to Simil Miles as a proof.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simil Miles and UnConWTech for any third-party claims, actions or suits, as well as any related expenses, liabilities, damages, settlements or fees arising from your use or misuse of the materials, or a violation of any terms of this license.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, SIMIL MILES. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MATERIALS OR ANY RELATED SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE MATERIALS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS OF THE MATERIALS BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATERIALS. LICENSE HOLDERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF USE AND ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE RISKS OF PROGRAM ERRORS, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF DATA OR MATERIALS PROGRAMS, OR UNAVAILABILITY OR INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS.
